Lazy River 5k at the Vernon Hills Park District

Experience the lazy river in a whole new way! Participants will walk or run a 5K distance inside the river, no tubes, no floating, just steady movement and splashing fun. This unique aquatic event is great for walkers, runners, and anyone looking for a cool, low-impact workout. Go at your own pace and enjoy a fitness challenge that's anything but lazy. Participants will receive the first ever Lazy River 5k visor. Ages 12+
