Join Riverside Parks & Rec for our Unplug Illinois Event, which is part of a statewide initiative to encourage individuals and families to unplug from screens and reconnect with recreation, nature and community.

Riverside Parks & Recreation is proud to participate in this iniative and are looking forward to inviting residents to "unplug and play."

Start the day by meeting at 8:15 AM at the Quincy Community Center (43 E. Quincy St.) for the rescheduled Riverside Ride. Hop on your mountain bike, tandem, chopper, unicycle, fixie, or beachcomber and show your love of cycling in Riverside by joining the community for a relaxed ride throughout Riverside. 

The ride ends at the Scout Cabin (417 Fairbank Rd.), where there will be activities for all to participate in. This is a free community event from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM where you can come and go as you please. There will be a bounce house, repitle show and several field games for all to enjoy.
