Finding Balance Through Boundaries
Are you feeling the burn? And by burn I mean burn out? It can happen to the best of us, but understanding who you are, where you are and where you want to be can help prevent burn out. Learn key steps you can take to continually stay engaged in your job, set boundaries, and define your vision of work-life balance.
Learning Objectives:
1. Define what your picture of work-life balance is
2. Evaluate the wheel of life to decide where to make change
3. Make a plan for where you will set boundaries in the workplace
