Crawford, CTRS, CPRP, is the Senior Learning Strategist for Access to Growth Learning Solutions and an award-winning speaker, trainer, and consultant with more than 35 years of experience in therapeutic recreation, parks and recreation and inclusive leadership. She designs and delivers customized training nationwide on leadership development, diversity, belonging, access, inclusion and equity, professional development, and success planning. Tracey is also the retired Executive Director of the Northwest Special Recreation Association and President of the Special Leisure Services Foundation, where she expanded access to recreation for individuals with disabilities through strategic partnerships and fundraising.

Darleen brings both expertise and authenticity to conversations that matter.

Oralethea Davenport has over 20 years in the field, with previous leadership roles including Recreation Supervisor, Superintendent of Recreation, and Events Coordinator. Currently, she serves as Manager of the Marie Irwin Community Center for the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District. She is passionate about advancing Parks and Recreation and promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). She has previously served on the IPRA Board, the Diversity Section Board, is the past chair of the IPRA Diversity Leadership Task Force and past chair of the DEIB Board of Regents. Oralethea Davenport continues to champion inclusive practices and support impactful community engagement.
